The two-car garage leads into the mudroom and main foyer, with stairs leading up to the main level. The rear walls of the home are almost entirely glass— allowing for unobstructed views of the mountain peaks. Although the living area is modern and sleek, it’s also balanced with comfy furniture— including a plush sectional sofa that faces the crackling gas fireplace. In the evenings, you’ll want to pour a glass of wine and unwind in front of the fire. 

A Contemporary Kitchen

Next to the living area, a huge dining table with seating for 12 leads into the open kitchen. There’s additional seating at the breakfast table and the bar, too. The kitchen is anchored by the gorgeous Wolf range that’s surrounded by gleaming granite countertops. Polished, custom cabinets include gray lowers topped with wood-tone uppers. Additional, high-end appliances include a double wall oven and a paneled refrigerator that blends effortlessly with the cabinets. 

Outside lies the sprawling, sun-drenched terrace. Cook dinner on the grill and serve it at the alfresco dining table under the stars. After dinner, immerse yourself in the hot tub and let all the stress from the day simply melt away. In the mornings, this is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise. Back inside, there’s a designated, minimalist yoga room to practice your sun salutations. 

Secluded Bedrooms with Views

Down one level is the garage, mudroom, and laundry room, as well as two private bedroom suites. The first bedroom suite is a bunk room with a twin-over-queen-size bunk bed— also called a Captain’s bunk— and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a full attached bathroom, and mountain views. This lower floor also includes a second living area/den with a sectional sofa and HDTV.

Climb the stairs to the third level and three more bedrooms. The first bedroom suite on this top-level features a queen-size bed and a full attached bathroom. The next bedroom is located on the corner and features stunning wrap-around views, a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bath with a shower. The final bedroom is the majestic master suite—- complete with a sumptuous king-size bed, a huge walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a huge, spa-like shower that includes views of the mountains beyond. Each bedroom on this top floor has access to the mountain-view terrace.

Although drenched in total privacy, you’re never far from town or the world-class Rocky Mountain trails. When you’re ready to go exploring, historic downtown Telluride is only about 1.5 miles from your door.
