Overview

As early as the 19th century, this property was the esteemed residence of aristocratic families whom, overlooking the bay of Villefranche, discovered the good life in a pleasant, mild climate throughout the entire year. The vast green areas surrounding the Palace & the richness of Mediterranean Spirit, ensure complete Privacy and a visit focused on well-being.

The bedrooms provide lavish views of the Villefranche sea and Cape Ferrat, are decorated in classic & luxurious fashion with solid oak parquet, boasting original structures from the 800s, & are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms that include hydromassage tubs, classic gold fittings & carved marble.

The property, in addition to an outdoor swimming with corner pool house, has an indoor heated swimming pool, hammam, large gym room, billiard area, various television rooms, library, & a professional kitchen. The top floor includes six staff bedrooms, all with bathrooms. The four floors can be reached not only using the monumental stairwell, but also using the main lift, a service lift and a goods lift which connects the kitchen to the dining room. A classic outbuilding for staff or teenagers completes the picture with a splendid view over the bay of Villefranche, and features an entrance, a small kitchen, Living room and five bedrooms with bathrooms spread over two floors.

The four floors can be reached not only using the monumental stairwell, but also using the main lift, a service lift and a goods lift which connects the kitchen to the dining room. In the late 1870s, the original owner of the villa commissioned Gustave Eiffel to design the magnificent iron dome of the villa.
