Overview

This magnificent old Sheppard dwelling which has been recently exquisitely renovated, is located in the village of Fontvieille, just 300 meters from the nearest shops.

The house, with an area of ​​300 m² on two levels accommodates up to 10 guests in a warm atmosphere with a modern & retro décor. Natural materials have been use on the renovation using old wood, exposed Provencal stones, and designer furniture in “Pop colors”. 

The Mas du Berger consist of a large open plan living room with comfy seating area, TV, and large patio window overlooking the courtyard.  The large kitchen includes modern appliances such as a cooking range and refectory dining table offering a convivial space and absolute comfort.  There is a cellar/laundry room with washing machine & dryer.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed with its bathroom. On the first floor are three further bedrooms: two queen size and one small double bed, all three with their private bathrooms.

In the independent annex, there is a living room and one further double bedroom with a king size bed or can be made to twins beds plus a sofa bed.  This room can become a children dormitory sleeping  up to 4 young children.

Outside there is a large courtyard with a heated pool (8.45 x 4 m, depth 1.4 m) with salted water and secured by electric roller shutter. There is also a Jacuzzi and a fountain.

Private parking is available for four cars including a garage for two cars.
