This is a paradise for surfers, golfers, horse riders, mountain bikers and more: all enjoyed from the comfort of a beachfront villa.

What a fantastic position: in the heart of historic Bidart on the edge of lively Biarritz, this is a luxurious six bedroom villa with direct access to the beach and with panoramic views of the sea and the Pyrenees. 
There are six en-suite bedrooms (five double, one twin) all with Egyptian cotton sheets and duck down pillows, a huge state of the art kitchen, a living area with direct access to the terrace and a media room with sea views, TV and Sonos wireless surround sound. Outside, the heated infinity pool overlooks the sea whilst alfresco meals to the glorious maritime backdrop are complete with an outdoor barbecue, Forge Abour grill and plancha. There are even Fatboy outdoor bean bags and deckchairs to flop into whilst the sun sets.

Right on your doorstep is the beach - water temperatures in summer often reach as high as 27 degrees Celsius (about 80 degrees Fahrenheit) and stay good for swimming until October. You can also head to other attractive beaches nearby such as Parlementia at Guethary, Erretegia and Ilbarritz. In terms of local activities, take your pick from surfing and water sports aplenty: 12 top quality golf courses are within quick and easy reach, as are local markets and other impressive places such as St Jean de Luz, Biarritz and San Sebastian. The local tapas (Pintxos) are to be savored: tortillas, baby squid and black pudding toasts can all be washed down with local ciders, sherry or something a little different in sparkling Txakoli. If you travel in summer get ready for events such as the Roxy Pro Surf, Jazz, Fetes de Bayonne and more.
