Overview

The ground floor room at the front of the villa opens onto fantastic views of the sea and a delightful lawn garden with shrubs. There is a covered terrace with wooden table and chairs to lunch or dine “al fresco”, and to the side of the property; some steps are leading to a small path running alongside the sea.

The kitchen has all the modern equipment and facilities; there is a beautiful dining room table and comfortable chairs to separate the kitchen from the lounge area. On this level there is also a laundry room, storage room as well as a guest toilet.

The tasteful interiors have large bay windows leading onto a sun drenched terrace with sun loungers, tiled floors and white modern furnishings. The spacious living room has a wide screen TV and sound system for indoor and outdoor.
