The condo is spacious and has a large outdoor lanai - perfect for sunset dinners or relaxing to the sounds of the nearby surf. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been recently upgraded with beautiful granite counter tops. The living room features Island styled furnishings and Hawaiian decor with a flat screen TV as well as a Murphy bed, bringing the villa's sleep capacity to six. Out the glass sliding doors is a beautiful outdoor lanai with comfortable seating and a private wet bar. The master bedroom offers guests a king size bed, flat screen TV and a large private bathroom with his and her vanity sinks and separate tub and shower. The second bedroom, located by the entrance, also features a king size bed and a TV, as well as an attached full bathroom with a combined tub and shower. Both bedrooms have their own separate lanai for added privacy.
