In the living room, a large sectional sofa frames a Noguchi coffee table and gas fireplace for cozy conversations or a movie on the large-screen TV. Steps away, a dining table with a cozy corner bench offers room for sit-down dinners or a leisurely brunch. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, wine storage and ample counter space for home-cooked meals. Two seats at the custom hardwood island make for easy sous cheffing. You’ll also have two seats at the breakfast bar.

The space, accessible by ladder, has a vaulted ceiling and window. The queen sleeper sofa, which sleeps one additional guest, is in an enclosed office with a desk, printer and private entrance to the back deck. Guests of the second bedroom, loft and office share a full bathroom on the main level with a combination shower and tub. An additional half-bathroom adds convenience, as well as a private washer and dryer.

Outside, the landscaped backyard offers additional entertainment with a private hot tub, BBQ grill and dining area. In the summer, bask on chaise lounge chairs and a full-length outdoor sofa to take in wildflowers and lush lawns; in the winter, sip hot toddies around the fire pit and recount the day’s best moments from the slopes.
