Overview

Villa Lilas is a 4-bedroom villa located in Camaruche within minutes of the beach and shopping. This 3-level, fully air-conditioned villa offers beautiful views of the bay.

The common areas are very spacious and comfortable. The living room is furnished with large plush sofas, desks, and a small library. A well-equipped kitchen has a bar area with stools. The first master bedroom is on the main floor and accessed from the living room. This room has a classic king-sized bed and includes two twins rollaway with high-quality mattresses, that are stored underneath the king bed and can be used to have children in the room with parents or for several kids to share a room. The same beds can be found in the second master bedroom on the pool level, facing the parking area. The third bedroom has a large queen bed and is situated right in front of the pool. In a separate bungalow just below pool level is a newly added 4th bedroom, which has a Euro-king bed, and views over Lorient bay and the ocean. Each bedroom has ample closet space, an ensuite bathroom with shower and WiFi.

A dining area with a large, built-in barbecue is located under the main, covered terrace near an outdoor living area. A second dining area and teak lounge chairs surround the pool on the mid-level.

Gorgeous tropical plantings surround the property. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, satellite TV, and beach chairs and umbrellas.

Villa Lilas comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
