Overview

Villa Grain De Folie is a 2-bedroom villa located in Colombier with a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This fully updated villa in the hills on the leeward side has magnificent ocean and sunset views.

A short, winding path leads from the parking area to the terrace, which has a pool in its center, and a cozy gazebo at the edge of the property. Lush, tropical gardens surround the pool and terrace.

The large living room and modern, well-equipped kitchen are air-conditioned but can be opened to enjoy natural breezes. The living room has a leather sectional sofa and an entertainment center with a large U.S. satellite TV and Sonos sound system. The living area shares its space with an indoor dining area, while outdoor dining areas are located behind the kitchen and underneath a gazebo next to the pool.

On either side of the living room are 2 spacious bedrooms. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, U.S. satellite TV and large ensuite bathroom with shower.

A pathway leads to the small air-conditioned fitness room in a separate cottage, which overlooks the ocean. The dining deck offers panoramic views of the harbor. Loungers surround the pool. The house also comes with WiFi and a gas grill.

Villa Grain De Folie comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on French holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
