Overview

This villa overlooks the lush, tropical hillside and bay.

The main living area is open and airy, with touches of seascape artwork, and faces the view. The well-equipped kitchen opens to 2 outdoor dining areas and the living room. The living area opens to the hardwood terrace, which has additional outdoor, cushioned seating.

All of the bedrooms are on the upper level and have air-conditioning, en suite bathrooms, and access to the upper terrace. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds.

The layout flows easily from indoors to outdoors. A hardwood deck with chaise lounges surrounds the heated infinity pool and is the ideal location for either sunbathing or working poolside. The house also has WiFi, a sound system, and satellite TV.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
