Overview

The interior is spacious and bright with high white ceilings, cool stone floors, and opulent white furnishings. The air-conditioned living room with a large cushioned sofa opens wide to the sea view. Adjacent to the sofa is a modern pool table (perfect for entertaining), a bar with stools, and a dining area with a table and seating for up to 10 guests. The spacious, gourmet kitchen features glass walls and 2 floor-to-ceiling wine refrigerators with ample storage.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a European king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, Apple TV, and the U.S. and French satellite TV. The entrance is located on the upper level, which also houses 3 bedrooms, each with a private terrace and sweeping view. A spiral staircase descends to the main level and the fourth bedroom, which opens onto the pool terrace.

Located alongside the swimming pool is a sunken, swim-up bar. The wide stone terrace houses an outdoor dining area with a glass partition and sea views. Ample lounge seating adorns the pool terrace. This villa also comes with an electronic security gate, a gas grill, a Sonos sound system, WiFi, and parking for 2 cars.

Villa Axel Rocks, or Axel Rocks, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
