Overview

Situated on a large and luscious property with green hills on both sides, this villa enjoys incredible views of the valley with the airport and bay in the distance.

A narrow driveway snakes down to the entrance, which has a large glass door showcasing the space and views beyond. The spacious living room can either be air-conditioned or fully opened to the terrace and pool. On one side is the spacious, gourmet kitchen with a large island, which separates the modern kitchen from the dining area and living room with a comfortable leather sofa and big screen TV.

Each bedroom has a French satellite TV, an iPod docking station, and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom connects to the second bedroom but can be closed off and accessed via the exterior. This master bedroom has a French king-size bed, extra seating, and small office space.

The second bedroom with a French king-size bed can be accessed via the living room, while the third bedroom is situated on the other side of the house in front of the pool. A well-equipped, air-conditioned fitness room is located below the main house.

The generous outdoor space is partially covered and offers seating at a large dining table in the shade. The large, heated lap pool ends at the edge of the property, seemingly overflowing into the valley below. The pool offers a shallow area for children to play or for sunbathing on loungers in the water. This villa also comes with Apple TV and a Sonos sound system.

Villa Bastide comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
