Overview

This newly built, the artfully-designed villa features clean lines, cool tones and a few carefully placed pops of color. The central great room blends seamlessly with the outdoors. The dining area is located on one side of the great room, while the open kitchen with a breakfast bar is situated on the other side.

The 2 bedrooms lie on opposite sides of the living area. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, Apple TV, Netflix, screens, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom also offers direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors. There is an independent studio with a kitchen that can be rented with the villa as a third bedroom for an additional cost.

The outdoor terrace comprises a sun-soaked area with couches, a low coffee table, and a covered area with a dining table and seating for 8 guests. A gray deck with sunbeds frames the heated infinity pool. The sunbeds can be placed in the sun or shade. This fully air-conditioned villa also comes with a gas grill, an outdoor shower and powder room, iPod docking stations, a Sonos sound system, satellite TV and WiFi.

Villa Indyana comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
